It will not work because LiteSync saves some information on its tables, like the node id.
We could delete those 2 tables but LiteSync is implemented in a way that it will ignore the local database and download a new copy from the primary node.
The default method (automatic download) must work. If it is not working on your case we must fix it.
For this we need your help passing sufficient information and possibly a sample db file that generates the error. No rows are needed if just the empty tables generate the failure.
I also saw that you are using Windows Server. Here we test on Windows 7, 8 and 10.
