C# examples / binaries

Are there example projects for C# or the litesync embedded sqllite3.dll for .NET available to download for testing?

I'm not having any luck with the instructions at http://litesync.io/install-dotnet.html

The remaining part of usage is exactly the same as any System.Data.SQLite example.
