Many things were modified in the last version of LiteSync. Not all pages are updated. Thank you for informing that.
By the way you can download a fresh new binary as they were just uploaded.
What happens in your case is that the application is using the native SQLite library from the OS instead of using the one containing LiteSync.
Previous versions of LiteSync overwrite the native SQLite library, but due to some concerns of customers the behavior was modified. Now the library is installed in this way:
At /usr/local/lib
folder there is the liblitesync.so
(or dylib)
At /usr/local/lib/litesync
folder there is the libsqlite3.so
(or dylib)
So if you can compile your application and link it to the liblitesync.so/dylib
file, then it may work out of the box.
For applications that use the libsqlite3.so
file and that cannot be modified, there are some options:
- Replace the native
libsqlite3.so
file (or symlink) with the one containing LiteSync
