Make sure to run sudo make install
after building from the updated sources, or run sudo ./install
after downloading the new binaries
If it does not work, please make the first test using the sqlite3
binary on the terminal
Then share the commands you used and the error message, just by copying from the terminal
Here is an example:
$ ./sqlite3

Use ".open FILENAME" to reopen on a persistent database.

sqlite> .q
